We are Eclipsing!

Is it just me, or are we seriously changing!

Within one week Mercury went into retrograde again….which always stirs things up…effecting each of us differently depending on what we are moving or growing through….flipping things over to be examined, digging out the dirt of old patterns and the past and offering an opportunity for refinement and clearing.

And then early this morning (Wednesday Oct 8) we had a full moon lunar eclipse!!!! This can generate a lot of energetic support and stirrings. This particular eclipse cast the full shadow of the earth on our moon. Considering just that….our shadow or “stuff” is showing itself to us….reflecting off the moon which normally shines so bright, illuminating the dark. It’s time to turn and face our shadow….you know…the stuff that we bury away in our closets, deep within us – hiding pain, the past, old patterns, stagnant belief systems…..

We have an amazing and powerful opportunity to heal, clear and let go and move into a more light, full and expanded version of ourselves!!!!

Consider for a moment what YOU have bothered or triggered by in the past week or so…..What areas of life are flaring up? Bursting? Causing pain? Creating conflict? Old stuff busting the seams of your life? That “stuff” are key themes for YOUR life….unique and amazing to YOU that YOU are growing and moving through!

I know it doesn’t always seem so amazing when we’re going through it….however, I know fully that when these “squeeze” times come they are an opportunity for growth, expansion and freedom at our core. Are you ready THIS TIME to let go, clear, heal and create a new way??? Life is like a revolving door….giving us a chance to see the “stuff” that holds us back and ask us if we’re ready now…..We may not have been last time around…..Maybe now we are…..

“The second Total Lunar Eclipse in a series of four (called a tetrad of Total Lunar Eclipses) is exact early Wednesday morning, October 8th at 6:56am EST (Full Moon is exact at 6:51am EST).

“…The first in this tetrad series was on April 15th, 2014 - and the last two will be on April 4th 2015 and September 27th.

“All four of them are in the signs of Aries and Libra - bringing a huge focus to the endings, changes, transformations, death and rebirth experiences playing out in the collective masculine/feminine dynamic and in relationships of all kinds.

“…The total lunar eclipse this month is HUGELY significant - perhaps even the most powerful in the whole series for a couple of reasons.

“First of all this potent Total Eclipse is conjunct Uranus and square Pluto - activating the Uranus/Pluto square that has been ongoing since the first exact square on June 24th 2012 and still has two more exact squares to go (December 14th 2014 and March 16th 2015).

“This really intense Uranus/Pluto dynamic has a life of it’s own and when an eclipse comes along to trigger it - it can be like throwing more fuel on the already hot and dynamic transformational fire…”

“Not wanting to be fenced in, reigned in or limited in any way is a likely reaction to this eclipse - yet we want to be careful that we are responding rather than reacting, as the latter done impulsively or without thought or consciousness can get us into trouble!

WOW, right!!!

The astrological events taking place right now are here to support change in our life! And this particular lunar eclipse is nudging or sort of pushing us to make the necessary changes that our higher self has been whispering to us for years. Full moon energy tends to enhance our emotions on its own. Paired with an eclipse we may find ourselves wanting to JUMP into or out of something and make drastic changes. It’s totally okay….this energy arrangement is meant to shake us up and take the steps we need to that we’ve been sleeping on. We are freeing ourselves!

Ways to help you move through this time:

Get help and support and clarity when you need it.
Be willing to grow outside your comfort zone or “normal”.
Rest, relax, simplify and receive during this time.
In the quiet space, begin to dream….Listen to what your soul’s insights are for you.
Connect to nature or meditate. With this exciting or intense energy we may be more energetically or psychically sensitive. Being in nature or meditating allows us to be still and ground excess energies. Always “ask” if something you’re feeling is yours or connected to the collective field. And then use your breath to release the intensity or emotions.
And then, in a few days let’s create a plan of movement to match our actions with our intentions….Let’s create amazing change together that supports love, clarity, spirit, joy, creativity, collective support and understanding, and harmony for all.

Together, as we let go of the old crusts of our life new energy, creativity, ideas and insights will begin to surface for all of us. Let the clutter fall away. Release any resistance. And be present to a new way and world that is filled by light. We are refining! And with that we will experience greater freedom than ever before.
