Health, wellbeing, the sciences, anatomy, holistic healing and understanding people have always been at the top of my list! Therefore it was a natural step to study Health Sciences at the University of Western Ontario. Two of my favourite moments during this time were: creating a program that implemented spirituality and energy practices into retirement homes; and having my first energy healing session….blew my mind!!!! Once I graduated I needed to get a “job” and so began a looonngg five years at the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, downtown Toronto. I made the best of a situation that was challenging and soul-sucking and created Wellness Days/Weeks….bringing healers, meditation, and holistic practices into the workplace…..which they still run to this day! Soooooo amazing! The job was really a means to an end….I simultaneously completed a cerfication program in Holistic Health at The Transformational Arts College – the oldest and most reputable holistic school in Canada, becoming a natural health practitioner, certified Aromatherapist, certified Reflexologist, and Reiki Master.

In my last year at the “job”, I began seeing clients in the evenings and on weekends and created a wellness centre in Toronto! I was strongly pulled (and determined) to do this full time! I knew that if I could make a difference in the lives of others I would be the happiest kid on the block!!!
