A Healed Healer…22 years in the making!
Through all of my learning and expansion over the past 36 years I definitely experienced A LOT of inner healing…..”healer, heal thyself”…..facing, healing, clearing and forgiving many, many, many different “issues”….from this lifetime and lifetimes past. It wasn't always an easy path, however with the right teachers and tools the journey has gotten easier. I would say the BIGGEST things I had to face and release in this life: sexual abuse from my past; betrayal and mistrust from boyfriends past; depression, feeling lost and disconnected; and money, scarcity and self-worth. I can say with 100% certainty…..we can heal, transform and lift from ANYTHING. Everything can be forgiven and completely released. I have done it several times and continue to do so every day that brings another aspect of shadow into my awareness.
I believe it’s important for anyone to do their “inner work” and free themselves from the past. I have witnessed sooooooo many miracles in
myself and in working with clients….too many to count or share here. I have watched clients and students create such freedom from their wounds, build new beliefs that elevate them, tap into their gifts, tune into a higher spiritual knowing and embody this clarity and spirituality, enhance their intuition and become “healers”, create “work” and businesses that are inspiring and changing the world, fall in love with self and harmonize relationships, become empowered, clear their mind, flow with abundance, create inner confidence and self-worth, and create a life that is amazing, inspirational and passionate!!!
Is the “work” worth it???? ABSOLUTELY!!!!! YES!!!!! On every level! It is possible to feel inspired to create, live life in total joy, and elevate awareness every day! I know this because I'm living it! And because of this inner bubbling of JOY, I feel ignited to be a part of another’s life journey and help in whatever way I’m called to! I feel awakened to be the most authentic, transparent and compassionate leader that I can be!

A Moment of Awakening!!!
A number of years ago I was spiritually and intuitively guided to let go of all I knew about myself, everything that I've learned, and empty my ideals.....not an easy task....the ego loves to hold on. However, in doing so I felt a tremendous sense of peace, freedom, expansion and inner happiness wash over me! For the first time I could actually say that I was HAPPY....just in being....without having to do "my practice", without having to affirmation myself there.....In emptying I was left with my truest self....complete Source energy.....and real happiness. I felt as though I had returned to the simplicity of Spirit.....and LOVE, clarity and LIGHT was at my core.
Every day I choose to embody the fullness of my being in this physicality of life and choose to express this being in all sorts of ways! Some days I show up as pure love, somedays I show up as frustration, some days it's an all-round creativity blast, while others days are slow and low to the ground. In accepting the fullness of my being and vast expression of who and what I
am, I realized that I am all of it and none of it. I can be and express free from personal judgement which allows great liberation and in turn allows more love and compassion to enter in!
We each have a freedom to express and be ALL that we are! And we have each been given the keys, gifts and tools of expression to fully live and share ALL of who and what we are!!!
In this physical world we call life, I choose to show up as many, many things....to name a few......(click on each to read more)

"What do you do???"
This has always been such a BIG question! How do you take the universe and all that's in it and put a label on it? The simplest and most complete answer: I love and LIGHT UP the world! Expressing and experiencing love, compassion and light with the full awareness and realization that I am LIGHT, I am here to love, to be compassion, and to teach spiritual truth (love, compassion, light). And I love traveling this journey with others.....it's a lot more fun than being on a solo journey or being on the top of a mountain taking in the view all by myself. That's a big reason why I love helping people get clear, reconnect to their authentic self, remember who they really are and fall in love with self so that they too can live a fully inspired and creatively expressed life! We then get to live it together!!!!

Tara's Professional Bio....
Tara Antler is an Intuitive Healer, SOUL Coach & Mentor, Author of The Healing Manual, International Speaker, Transformational Leader and LOVE-Igniter. She is the Founder of Tara Healing Sanctuary, Truth Talk on BlogTalkRadio, and most recently The Academy of LIGHT ™. Tara has created several spiritual and healing certification programs, has worked directly with some of the worlds most prolific leaders in the new age community – like Louise Hay and Mikki Willis (Elevate TV), runs “get happy” and “Soul Awakening” retreats around the world, offers a powerful online program in self healing, and has co-created an online TV show with her husband called “Soul Awakening TV”.

Tara has mentored and taught thousands of students in her own private practice (Reiki, A Course in Advanced Healing and several other programs) as well as in collaboration with The Transformational Arts College - Holistic Health Care Practitioner Program (where she taught and facilitated Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Chakra Theory, Subtle Aromatherapy, Vibrational Arts and Healing with Crystals); SPYNGA - Yoga Teacher's Training Program (where she taught Chakra Theory) and Exhale to Elevate (where she taught Meditation, Spirituality and Yoga to over 3000 people in Yonge-Dundas Square); Misty Tripoli's retreats (guest facilitator - creating REALastionships); YOGAPALOOZA in Toronto (where she facilitated a fusion class of yoga, meditation and chakra groove for over 2000 participants); and several retreats for schools, school boards, and hospital conferences as a guest facilitator. One major highlight moment: sharing her experience of meditation to over 20 million in India!!
Through her insights and spiritual practices, Tara opens the heart, mind and inner eye of her students and clients so that they see all that is possible for them and really live into the flourishing life of their dreams with ease, awareness, joy and vitality.
