INtuitive INsight for this week....

Over the past few weeks the BIGGER theme that I've witnessed in myself and within others is a clearing of guilt and/or shame. I know that we're always given opportunities to grow and expand who we are....polishing and becoming shinier and more glistening! So seizing the opportunity for growth I had to face my own shadow and "get real" with myself once again.....

I had to face my own inner tightness and constriction...I couldn't figure out what I was feeling or what was stopping my flow....until Gabriel (my husband) said to me, "Babe....You can let go of the guilt you're carrying. Remember who and what you really are...You are light, pure Spirit, and Spirit does not judge or love you any less. Your sole agreement is to Source/Creator."

This completely woke me up! The tightness in my heart and around my stomach area was indeed guilt and shame....I hadn't felt this feeling in such a looonnng time. During the past several months I had invested a GREAT deal of moola into moving certain projects forward....and it was taking me longer to pay off the bills...especially during tax time....And I was feeling "bad" for not being more on top of it. It took me back to earlier days of borrowing money and taking a long time to pay it back and how terrible I felt - heavy, guilt, shame, judgment, frustration, inner questioning.

I realized in that moment that guilt and shame were the very things that were holding me back from feeling free and joyful and expanded. They acted as a tar-pit with bands of shrink-wrap around me...constricting my natural flow and ease to which I create life and miracles. I allowed the feelings or belief of guilt stop my miracle flow....WHAT?!

Guilt and shame no more!

I relinquish it!

I took a deep breathe, cleared the guilt and shame across this life time, all other lifetimes and any patterns I picked up during my earth experience....and let it ALL go....It was time to feel free again and remember that all is in perfect and divine order for everything and everyone. It was time to trust again!!! It was time to remember higher truth.

After moving through this, several clients in the past week had similar guilt and shame patterns surface and it was time to release them. Guilt or shame in any regard only constricts, contracts, tightens, limits our natural life flow and sucks our vital life force energy. It is 100% possible to feel free and yet be responsible at the same time for our actions and choices....However it does not serve us to beat ourselves up for anything. And if it feels as though someone else is judging you or coming down hard on you or "pressuring" you....

First, look within and notice if you are being internally hard on yourself....People are 100% a mirror reflection of our own inner "stuff" that we are not willing to look at. So...as brilliant as our Higher Self is....it gives us other people to see what's really there!!! BRILLIANT!

Second, choose to let go of the guilt, shame or judgment you have about anything, anyone, or yourself...it will only constrict your flow and suffocates your heart.

Third, once you release the tight feelings you have the perception of self changes and as a result what you see around you in other people changes! You get to change what you see!!!

And, fourth, know that you are always held in LOVE no matter what! You can choose freedom by letting go of what no longer serves you....And trust me....guilt and shame does not serve you......You will see clarity and love and appreciation from this new-free-space!!!
