L.O.V.E. (Life Of Vibrant Expression)

Throughout the years I have facilitated, co-facilitated and led many different courses, classes, seminars and workshops and embodied the essence of "teacher" in many different ways. I absolutely love sharing insights and spiritual teachings....especially in regards to Love - the vibrations of the heart and the IS-ness of ALL things and all beings!

 

Some of my most profound teachers have been the world of healing, mindfulness, yoga and meditation. They came into my life at a young age….well before yoga and meditation were considered normal : ) I feel so blessed to have been introduced to yoga, meditation and other healing arts through my grade 9 English school teacher in 1993! He frequented retreats in California and shared stories of miraculous healing, transcendent meditation and levitation! I finally felt like I had met someone who understood me! It felt amazing to finally have an outlet to be myself! I’ll never forget the first day I meditated!!!! My body was buzzing with electricity and began to rock on its own. I could feel the pulse of life force flowing me! I was clear within my thoughts, felt connected to everything and tangibly felt a higher presence within and around me!

 

I am passionate about empowering, igniting and uplifting others to see their individual light, inner love, joy and truth. To inspire others to listen to the beautiful whispers of their heart, which can lead to the fulfillment of spiritual realization. When we remember our light and integrate our soul’s expression we are rebirthed as everything....knowing that everything IS!
