7:30 am morning meditation / yoga / Qi Gong
8:30 am breakfast
10 am - 12 pm Soul Sessions (topics based on your feedback from the
retreat questionnaire and the retreat theme: Embodying Your
Full Potential)
12:30 pm lunch
1:30 - 5 pm chill time to do whatever you want or need
5 - 6 pm sunset yoga / beach workout / creative class
6:30 pm dinner (two dinners will be offsite so that we can explore local
restaurants)
7:30 pm onward possible starlight yoga / meditation / chill time / bedtime

We realize that retreats are a deeply personal experience, and we want to ensure that you get exactly what you need from this nourishing time away! Because of this, retreat guests may attend (or not attend) whatever portions of the retreat they feel they need to complete their own personal journey.
