Healing Hour - LIVE
Every two weeks we connect as a conscious supportive community to heal, realign, reset, receive and rebalance our life. The group setting allows us to feel held and not alone as we journey through this life experience and all its bumps and celebrations! Intended for all areas that require healing and support - physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, relationship, money, transition, loss, etc.
What to expect....
- A FULL Hour and a half to Heal - whatever that means to YOU.
- Each gathering I will intuitively tune in to the group and bring forth teachings, intuitive guidance and insight, and healing energy to assist in your journey to perfect health, well-being, harmony and balance.
- The Hour may include: hands-on energy work, guided meditation, healing tools for you to take home, self-healing practice, insights, guidance, time to rest and receive and spiritual teachings.
Location:
- Jaya Yoga Centre, 121 Willowdale Ave, Suite 302, 3rd floor, Toronto ON
- Parking available on Willowdale, in the RONA parking lot, or at the building (after 6 pm)
Time:
- Starting at 7 pm until 8:30 pm EST.
- If you're running late....pop in anyways....just message me.
Investment in Self: $30 per person, per night
- You can either pay in advance or when you arrive.

Healing Hour - ONLINE
The first Sunday of every month we meet online to connect across the globe, create a wave of healing across the planet and internally, realign to our truth, reset, receive and rebalance our life. It always amazes me how powerful we are united! Intended for all areas that require healing and support - physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, relationship, money, transition, loss, etc.
What to expect....
- A FULL Hour to Heal - whatever that means to YOU.
- Each gathering I will intuitively tune in to the group and bring forth teachings, intuitive guidance and insight, and healing energy to assist in your journey to perfect health, well-being, harmony and balance.
- The Hour may include: distance energy work, guided meditation, healing tools for you to take home, self-healing practice, insights, guidance, time to rest and receive and spiritual teachings.
Location:
- From the comfort of your home home and space!
- The only thing you need is a computer or SmartPhone and internet or a phone to dial-in from anywhere in the world!
Time:
- Starting at 11 am - 12 pm EST. All sessions will be recorded in case you miss the call or can't make that particular time.
Investment in Self: $25 (CAD) per person, per session
